Rebate Reservation System Now in Effect |

Starting March 25, 2009, Metropolitan’s Save Water - Save A Buck Rebate program has transitioned to a Rebate Reservation System.
Commercial and Multi-family end users or property / business owners must call the program Customer Care line at 1-877-728-2282
to reserve rebate funds for qualifying water efficient technologies offered through the program.
Property management are permitted to make the reservation. Devices must be purchased after receiving a reservation confirmation,
on or after March 25th to qualify. Customers will receive a confirmation number and further instructions after being pre-qualified over the phone.

Rebates reserved through the Reservation System
will be paid beginning on July 1, 2009
Due to the high volume of participation, it may
take 16 to 20 weeks or longer to receive your rebate
Program Terms & Conditions
• Rebate payment is subject to verification and completeness
of a rebate application along with the required documentation
• One rebate is permitted per device type (lifetime) per property
• Technology must be a qualifying model under Metropolitan’s approved list
• Installation address must be within Metropolitan’s service area
• Rebate amount is subject to change without notice
• Rebates offered are subject to availability of funds
• Rebate funds are offered on a first come, first served basis
• Reserved funds are non-transferable
• Metropolitan reserves the right to verify and inspect rebated devices
