To qualify, complexes must have a total of 5 units or more,
or be represented by an HOA or Property Management Company with a combined total of 5 units or more.

High-Efficiency Toilets (HETs) flush at 20 percent below a ULFT, equating to 1.28 gallons per flush. The average water savings for HETs is estimated to be 38 gallons per day (gpd) when replacing an average, non-efficient toilet and 7 gpd when replacing a ULFT.

| If your washing machine is more than 5 years old, you may be paying too much on your utility bills. By installing a new, High Efficiency
Washer (HEW), you could reduce your energy and water costs by up to 50%. In addition to saving water, these state-of-the-art washing machines also help minimize drying time by extracting more water from the clothes during the spin cycle. Only HEWs as identified on the Family Sized Clothes Washer Qualifying Product List with a water factor of 4.0 or less are eligible for rebate.
