Cash Rebates on Water Saving Devices for Apartments, Condominiums, Town Homes, Duplexes, Triplexes and Mobile Homes from The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California.
High Efficiency Toilets dual flush or 1.28 gpf or less $165 REBATE per fixture
High-Efficiency Toilets (HETs) flush at 20 percent below a ULFT, equating to 1.28 gallons per flush. The average water savings for HETs is estimated to be 38 gallons per day (gpd) when replacing an average, non-efficient toilet and 7 gpd when replacing a ULFT.
Ultra-Low-Flush Toilets 1.6 gpf or less $60 REBATE per fixture
Ultra-Low-Flush Toilets (ULFTs) use 20,000 gallons LESS water annually than non-ULFT models. By replacing your toilets, you will save more than $75 per year, per fixture in water and sewage costs. An average family of four can save more than 13,000 gallons of water per year by making the switch. ULFT must meet supplemental purchase specifications (SPS) requirements to qualify for rebate.
HET New Construction or Upgrade Upgrade from a 1.6 gpf to a 1.28 gpf or less $30 REBATE per fixture

High Efficiency Washers water factor of 5.0 or less are eligible for a $135 REBATE or more per machine

Washer (HEW), you can reduce your energy and water costs up to 50%. These state-of-the-art washing machines help minimize drying time by extracting more water from the clothes during the spin cycle and are more efficient than traditional machines.
Only HEWs as identified on the CEE Family Sized Clothes Washer Qualifying Product List with a water factor of 5.0 or less are eligible for rebate.
